1. Enforcement of agreements and/or applications of extensions.
2. Unemployment funds for the fishing industry, as defined.
3. Bargaining Council policy and structures.
4. Bargaining Council levies.
5. Proposed Legislation.
6. Liaison with Government, Nedlac and other institutions.
7. Training and development policies for the fishing industry, as defined.
8. Dispute resolution-monitoring procedures.
9. Minimum conditions in respect of the retirement fund for the fishing industry, as defined.
10. Minimum conditions in respect of the medical fund for the fishing industry, as defined.
11. Minimum conditions of employment applicable to the fishing industry, as defined, in its entirety.
