The following fishing sectors (as defined on the permit conditions issued in terms of the Marine Living Resources Act No 18 of 1988, as amended from time to time) shall be registered scope of the Bargaining Council and shall each constitute a separate Chamber within the Bargaining Council:
- Hake Deep-sea Bottom Trawl;
- Hake Inshore Bottom Trawl; and
